Materials List

Mixed Media Painting

~A small Canvas 30x30cm or similar

~A black and white portrait image of an animal you connect with, printed on computer paper.

~ A few acrylic paints.
Any colors you have + Black, White.

~ Silicon spatula - from the dollar store. If you dont have one bring an old credit card.

~Scissors

~Modge Podge or Acrylic medium

~ Stencils - One or two

~ brushes - Thin pointy brush
Stencil brush or a sponge- a flat bristle brush can work as well

~Prime your canvas ahead of time with black gesso or black paint.

    Michal is an acclaimed Israeli artist and creator of over 20 online art courses that blend spirituality and shamanic art. Michal expertly weaves the art of sound and color in retreats, seminars and ceremonies. With over 50 years of painting experience and 30 years of art instruction experience, she brings painting retreats to Peru, Greece, and Europe. Since the age of 14, Michal began training in seven different art schools locally and in the US. Her acclaimed artwork brings depth, vision and healing to her followers worldwide. As a healing practitioner, she is trained in art therapy, sound healing and has worked with mentally challenged children and adults, helping them to create art they were proud of and even participate in exhibitions. It is her passion to inspire people to connect to their inner source connection through art and sound.
